MeUndies is a direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand based in Los Angeles, CA. Their primary sales channel is e-commerce. MeUndies tasked us with re-designing and improving key sales pages with the following objectives:
- Increase average order size
- Incrementally increase conversion rates
- Drive more pack sales
Our Process
- Heuristic evaluation of site
- Research and analyze the Me Undies target demographic and users (persona building)
- Rapid iteration cycles (7x versions)
- Frequent user testing of prototypes (30x)
Results
- Increased in overall conversion rate and order average
- More pack sales due to the increase in pack visibility and ease of navigation
- More trust built between the user and the brand due to added trust indicators
- Higher conversion rate from marketing collateral pages
- Reduction of drop off during checkout process
