About the Platform
My employer at the time, Brand Networks, created a custom Facebook publishing platform for retail. Clients included several Fortune 50 companies, combining for over 7,000 stores in the USA. The platform created Facebook pages at the store level, and allowed for content publishing throughout the corporate ecosystem. From the retail store associate, to the regional manager and up to the c-suite . This required features like content moderation, blanket publishing by region and publishing options like corporate approved pre-written content or custom content submission from a store or regional manager.
I was a UX designer on the project, creating the wireframes of the application that was used by both internal and external teams to deploy content to over 4,000 Facebook pages.
